Cognos Application Support

888 IT Solutions  is an accredited IBM Software Support and Subscription provider across the whole IBM Cognos toolset entitling us to provide you with first level application support. Application Review

In order to provide a high quality support service it is necessary for us to understand your application(s) and the platform on which it is delivered. As part of our support contract we undertake an application and platform review at the start and identify any issues that may impact performance.

Annual Support / Development Plan

We will also discuss the upcoming support year and identify any development requirements (e.g. version upgrade) and also critical dates when support resource may be required.

Support Reviews

Reviews are held on a quarterly basis to identify any recurring issues that can be resolved. Together we will be able to identify any recurring issues and the need for education.
